The secret to beautiful hair and skin isn’t creams or lotions. The best way to achieve healthy hair and gorgeous skin is a balanced diet and exercise. I have decided to end the bad eating habits and lack of exercise that I’ve adopted the last couple months and return to a holistic lifestyle that includes a diet that is primarily plant-based and regular exercise.
It takes 21 days to form a habit. Habits (healthy or not) shape our lifestyle. I’m starting this 30-day challenge to help myself and you all make a lifestyle change.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- 8 glasses of water per day
- Exercise at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes
- Give up carbonated beverages
- Eat fresh fruit and vegetables
- Limit fried foods
